By accessing or using the Katie Kim Educational Platform (the “Platform”), including any courses, masterclasses, masterminds, bootcamps, forums, events, or services provided by Katie Kim LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by this integrated Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

• Payment Details: Processed securely via third-party providers (Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Google).

• Testimonials and Success Stories: We reserve the right to use student/attendee progress and results for marketing purposes, excluding private personal financial information.

• Track internal analytics and improve the Platform

• Send promotional emails and marketing campaigns

By enrolling in any Academy program, course, mastermind, bootcamp, event, or service, you consent to our use of your information for educational, operational, and marketing purposes.

We rely on third-party providers (Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Google, and others) for encrypted payment processing and secure storage. While we use commercially reasonable efforts, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Submission of data is at your own risk. Data is retained for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes of this Agreement or as required by law.

2.5 User Rights

We comply with applicable U.S. law regarding user rights. We are not staffed to honor deletion or correction requests unless legally required.

2.6 Age Restriction

The Platform is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Parents/guardians remain responsible for any minor who gains access.

3. Terms of Use

3.1 License and Access

Katie Kim LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal educational purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit content without express permission.

3.2 Community Guidelines

By participating in courses, forums, masterminds, bootcamps, or events, you agree to:

• Maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.

• Respect confidentiality in group settings.

• Accept that Katie Kim LLC may suspend or terminate your access at its sole discretion, without refund, for any violation of guidelines or unprofessional behavior.

3.3 Payment, Refunds, and Termination

• All sales are final. No refunds are provided.

• Katie Kim LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, abuse, prejudice, or inappropriate behavior, at its sole discretion.

3.4 Educational Disclaimer

• Content is provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.

• We are not liable for reliance on educational materials in making real estate, investment, or financial decisions.

• Any use of our tools, templates, or strategies in actual deals is at your own risk.

• Outcomes are not guaranteed.

3.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Katie Kim LLC:

• Disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Is not liable for outages or failures of third-party services (Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Google, etc.).

• Is not liable for any deals, projections, financial structures, or outcomes pursued by users.

• Does not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of materials. Content may contain errors or become outdated due to economic, political, or industry changes.

3.6 Arbitration and Governing Law

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Austin, Texas, USA, under Texas law. Class actions are prohibited.

4. Updates

Katie Kim LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
