One-on-One Coaching

Our one-on-one coaching is tailored for business owners and aspiring developers who feel overwhelmed by the complexities of real estate development and feel stuck or unsure about where to begin. If you’re held back by "paralysis by analysis" or worried about costly mistakes, this coaching will give you the clarity, confidence and expert guidance you need to make informed, profitable decisions. 

Each coaching session is designed to provide clarity, help you focus your efforts, and ultimately lead you toward profitable real estate investments that align with your goals for financial independence and wealth-building:

• Gain Clarity: Identify your “BIG WHY” — the driving force behind your goals — and align your real estate strategy with your passions and financial goals.
• Leverage Your Strengths: Using the "Time-Talent-Treasure" triangle, we help you focus on the most effective development strategies for your unique situation.
• Build Confidence: We guide you step-by-step through each phase, helping you navigate challenges and make informed, strategic decisions ultimately guiding you toward your goals.

Session Structure:

• Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly session (30-60 minutes).
• Access to monthly office hours—a personalized group setting - where you can ask additional questions and learn from others.  
• 6-month minimum commitment with recommendation of 12 months for lasting impact.  True transformation happens with long-term accountability and focus.

Group Coaching

Our Group Coaching option offers a collaborative, community-focused approach, ideal for those who want to learn alongside peers and build their skills in a supportive environment. You’ll gain expert insights while learning from the experiences of other aspiring developers who share similar goals.  

• Collaborate and Learn: Share insights, challenges, and breakthroughs with peers in a supportive group setting.  
• Expert Guidance: Apple proven strategies and receive expert advice on structuring your development focus and scaling your projects.  
• Personalized Support: While group setting encourages collaboration, you’ll still have the chance to participate in personalized office hours to get specific questions answered by Katie Kim as well as hear others questions and answers.

Session Structure:

• Monthly 1-hour group coaching sessions.
• Option to book additional one-on-one coaching sessions as needed for more tailored support.

Katie’s career also includes a significant tenure at Accenture, where she worked on crafting profitable, innovative solutions for global clients. This experience, combined with her extensive hands-on work in real estate and construction, gives Katie a unique ability to align her clients’ goals with actionable development strategies.

Through her leadership, Katie continues to create projects that are not only financially sustainable but also deeply impactful for the communities in which they’re built. She is passionate about teaching others how to unlock these opportunities, build financial wealth, and create lasting, community-driven developments.
